Headhunter contacted me and followed up until I submitted a CV. Another partner reached out to schedule a short phone interview. Highly professional, polite, engaging, and comprehensive and unhurried conversation despite only 30 minutes. I wish I could have taken the interview process further but it wasn't a perfect fit for my experience. Maybe I'll get another chance.
