hiring manger interview again and hiring manager with her boss interview in the final. The process took 4 months until finally they decided not hire. Not the best

What motivates you to apply?
some interviewer are not well mannered. He asked me "would you describe why you are different from typical your people ? " The interviewer is from India working in the US. Regardless, those questions are not tolerated in the business settings.
