I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Fremont, CA) in June 2015
Interview
I was supposed to give a presentation on my most current work. However, only 50% of the interviewers could make it to the presentation. Lunch was supposed to be with a team member but again they had their internal team development meeting scheduled for the same time so I was pretty much by myself.
The overall experience was Ok. I was given the offer (more than 1 month just to give an offer) but did not accept. Limited negotiation.

Interview
Informal and relaxed. The HM was very friends and kept the conversation light. Lasted 30 to 45 minutes and ended with Q&A. Overall got great vibes from the company and saw opportunities for internal growth

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Ridgefield, CT) in Mar 2023
Interview
Initially I had a phone conversation with a manager. It was a panel interview with four scientists and I was asked questions about my experiences in previous roles as well as my reason for wanting to work there.
Starts with a phone or zoom interview with the team leader. From there, it’s an in person interview where you are asked questions from the team you would be working with. The questions pertain mostly to your experience and how you handle working in a team.
