a) Initial introductory call with the hiring manager.
b) Online assessment - plenty of questions and scenarios aiming to assess your personality, your attitude, how you interact with people. Fai rassessment I would say.
c) Panel interview (hiring manager + two other employees representing key departments).
d) Do not expect feedback as part of the recruitment process. And if they don't give you one in first place, do not ask. It will be of no use.
