Interview
HR interview and HM interview, all telephone interview. First HR asked about the general background and some behavior questions. After one week HM called, discussed details of the research and the summer projects they want to do. Got the offer two weeks later. I took the drug test which is free and the hospital mailed the results to the company. Signed and emailed back the offer letter. Done!
One round with your potential manager, pretty basic behavioral questions. Prepare to talk about your projects you've worked on, strengths and weaknesses, why the role, ask 1-2 at the end!
A phone call and then a powerpoint presentation in person along with an in person interview with two members of the team I would be working. It took in total about a month before hearing anything

There were 4 separate interviews. Two scientists and two managers. The interviews with the managers were quite easy. They provided a description of the role and some information about the company, and asked job-specific and behavioural questions. Heard back after two weeks
