Interview
I was first screened by phone and over Skype. After that process had been completed, then a package was sent to my door with no instructions and an enclosed surgical part that I was supposed to interpret and present to a group. I developed an answer to the box, and presented it to the group.

They asked me about the package more questions even though I had already presented an answer. It was unclear what they wanted.

Interview
The process is very drawn out. There were multiple Skype interviews before an in person interview, There was also a challenge included. I liked the challenge, but was time consuming and was expected to have a fast turn around. They were very nice, but unsure of what they seemed to want in a employee. Was offered a contract position with the idea of hire, but long periods of communication made it undesirable.
