*During Covid-19 so it was virtual* I submitted my resume and cover letter and was reached out for a web interview. I joined a Zoom call with three men, which in my opinion was a little intimidating for a first round of interviews. There were a few things that rubbed me the wrong way about this interview but one was that they were very adamant about *if* they were to hire me that I would basically have to shut up and listen to them and they are not accepting of any new ideas on anything. I just thought that was very tasteless. After the interview, I never heard from them again. I had sent a thank you email and that was it. I was completely ghosted. Another red flag for me.
