Typical hiring process, friendly interviewers. I was called in twice and both times the interviewers were very personal and to the point. The interviewers were slightly blunt, but it made the interview go straight and to the point which was great for me.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Boenning & Scattergood (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied through my university's career website. I received an email shortly after for an interview. The interview was with 2 people and lasted about 25 minutes. The interview seemed unstructured and that they were making up questions as they go. One guy kept hammering me about simple things on my resume, almost like I would lie about taking a course or volunteering. None of the questions were behavioral. I left the interview feeling like I would never want to work there.
