Overall I had three interviews, one online, one in-person, and one task stage where I had to create multiple videos and thumbnails. The process itself was somewhat relaxed, but I was slightly disappointed to receive a generic no-reply email to find out I wasn't successful in gaining the role. It was a shame considering a lot of effort was put into the process and lasted over a month of going back and forth. They make it feel like its a privilege to work with them and you're more of a number than you are a valued creator.
