Very difficult, The video interview is self-recorded and impersonal. It's very difficult to engage and answer questions/non-personal. I found it a challenge to answer questions in the allowed time and show your experience and personalty.

The interview process took approximately 4 weeks and included two mock tasks, and a recorded interview. The recorded interview was very strange and only allowed you to retry once per question, and only allowed one minute of time to respond to each question.
