Interview
The interview was relatively quick, I came in at around 3 pm for the interview. I spoke with a lady at the front desk who then called the chef to inform him of my arrival. The chef introduced himself and took me to his office. I was a student at the time going to culinary school, the point of the job was for an internship. We spoke briefly about what I had learned and what experience I had had, then he gave me a tour of the facility and said that he would contact me within the next week or so.
