The best Interviewing experience I've ever had. During the past months, I've passed over 50 interviews and the process with Bolt was revolutionary good. 1) HR rounds Very informative and helpful. The HR was not just doing her job. She became a friend! Some not obvious questions I asked in the very beginning were not just forgotten - but she researched them and answered them later. The recruiter was even unswerving during the New Year's holidays! 2) Live coding 3) React challenge 4) API design The technical rounds were unique. Even though they were challenging, there was no feeling of examination. All the interviewers were trying to ask leading questions. 5) Team-fit rounds One of the engineering managers said to me "Pressure out" - and it was really like this. Overall: - Everything was top-notch. There was a lot of time and information provided to be ready for every round. - The interviewers were ready to sacrifice their time for my questions. Once it went over 40 mins. - The process took a little bit more than a month, but it was only because I was taking time for preparation. P.S. The reason why I declined the offer was that I need to move to France, but If something changes I would definitely try again :)
