I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at BombBomb (Colorado Springs, CO) in Oct 2016
Interview
once I'd applied, there were 2 separate interviews, one informal and one formal. During the interview we mostly talked about experience and interests and technologies both that I had experience with and which I would be using once I got the job.
then in the more formal interview there was a "white board" session where I was given a number of code/technology problems to solve while 2 staff members watched to get a feel for my abilities and process.

Question 1
I was asked to, assuming a database and some code base that could handle this, approach the problem of recording and storing playhead data on a video player. This included play, pause, stop, rewind, scrubbing, etc. This included showing some psuedo-code and some database tables and associations.
