Interview
Interview consisted of a technical portion, as well as typical HR questions. Technical questions included aircraft systems, reading engineering drawings, tolerances, etc. Technical interview was generally not difficult. HR questions were standard; conflict resolution, skills and qualities.

Phone interview - The questions were quite standard with them asking about my experiences and clarifying information related to my resume (Time was 30 mins).
Interview onsite - Questions related to technical knowledge and project management skills. (Time approx 1 hr)
