The interview process was smooth and well organized. It started with an HR screening focused on my background, experience with NetSuite, integrations, and business systems. After that, I had multiple virtual interviews with team members and managers. Most of the conversations focused on real-world scenarios, ERP systems, process automation, integrations, troubleshooting, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving. The interviewers were friendly and conversational, and they wanted to understand both my technical knowledge and how I approach challenges in a business environment. The overall process was professional, collaborative, and a positive experience.
