There is a written evaluation, in which you give hypothetical students feedback on application essays. This is followed by an interview with management. The interview is mostly about your past experiences and what you've done to support your current and previous students.

Interview
Informal interview on the phone with CEO, Brian Ong, followed up by an in-person interview with him at their Shanghai office. The interview mostly consisted of the CEO explaining his plans for the future of the company as an Ed-tech firm. I think he wanted to see how I could play a part in that vision.
