Got a response pretty quickly after submitting application. First I had to complete an IQ (logic) type of test, selecting the correct patterns. Then there is a personality test, where you agree on statements on a scale of 1-5. Then, I had to complete the take home test. The test is not diffucult if you have general knowledge in the FinCrime field. Following the completion of the homework, I promptly got an invitation for a video interview with the team lead. Great interview, the lead was very nice and I got to talk a lot about my expectations as well as ask questions about the role. Said interview was on Friday, and I was told that feedback for the next step (interview with colleague) will be given on Monday or Tuesday. The recruiter got back to me on Tuesday and asked to wait until Friday. On Thursday, I got feedback that I was not chosen for the role. Overall, the process was swift and I was not left hanging. The recuiter was also pleasant and provided feedback in time.
