Began with a fifteen-minute video interview with basic information. Second interview was with the senior manager and the owner of the company and lasted over an hour. They gave a detailed overview of the position and asked a few questions about experience . They said they would make a decision by the end of the next week. Then they contacted me and asked me to come in and basically run through the equipment that would be set-up at events and ensure I was comfortable loading it etc. At the end of that they asked me to work an event that weekend (paid) to see how I liked it. The Monday after that I was offered the position and the next day received an offer.
