When interviewing for BookNook, I was required to complete an automated recorded video interview with opportunities to re-record responses to questions. The interview had to be completed for each position I applied to at the company rather than once for all positions.

How would you foster an environment that supports students' growth mindset?
Easy to follow pre-made lessons. But getting classes is tough. Can be feast or famine, leaning more towards famine. Students in general are great, although you can get some that would benefit from an adult being in the room.
You fill out an application. They ask you general interview questions to gauge your qualifications. Then you answer one-way interview questions, including having to read a children's book to imaginary students and answer questions they may have.
