It was a really easy interview session. They just want to know you more and see if the job suits you well or not. It's just like a chit chat with friends asking about your update. No pressure at all

Casual and interest-based, applicants should engage in conversation with interviewers , so that that can gauge your communication skills. But overall it was quite casual. Keep in mind that my interview was done via, online call as it was during the pandemic still.

Interview
Did the interview twice. Initial screening was conducted online to assess your basic qualifications, experience, and fit for the role. They asked about your experience managing customer relationships, developing customer engagement strategies, and your knowledge of customer lifecycle management. First-round interview: This interview may be conducted in person. Their questions cover more detailed questions about your experience, skills, and approach to CLM. Be prepared to talk about your experience in customer segmentation, creating customer journeys, customer retention, and customer analytics.
