The interview process is smooth and the HR is very helpful. They do coordination with you from them me to time till your joining. The onboarding is quite interesting too.

applied online and got shortlisted for the development team. First round was with HR and then with line manager. Questions were about the past experience, industry, current profile and few skill based questions. Interview lasted around half an hour forty five minutes

Complete waste of my time.
I had numerous rounds and for some reason, barring the junior folks, everyone was quite unfriendly and made me feel immensely uncomfortable. During one of my discussions, the interviewer put me on mute and started conversing with the team. I could see it, and it was quite disrespectful. The questions were quite basic, nothing out of the box. I saw a lot negative reviews on Glassdoor about them before I took the interview and now I know they are there for a reason. So pay heed to everything you read on here.
Oh and by the way, I have not heard back from them yet. So, closing the loop with the candidates? Not so important I guess.

Our interview processes are extremely transparent and there are been multiple interview rounds to determine whether or not the person is a strong culture fit and the value-add he/she brings to the organization. We also believe in being transparent about our reasons for rejecting a candidate and convey the same to him/her in clear terms. Also at times, we interview several candidates at the same time for a particular role, and the reason for recruiting a particular candidate is based on a comparative basis based on their individual potential and strengths, as perceived during the interview rounds.
