Interview
Well I was out of a job and I did my normal calling to see if anyone was hiring, I talked to the manager and she said they were doing interviews, so I filled out the application and called her back when I was done. She then schedule me to come in for a interview, the interview was very short and sweet. Got another call a couple days later with a job offer.
The interview was great. We chatted a lot about books, which was a nice indicator to me that there was an emphasis on providing good customer service. Other questions were pretty run of the mill. Very normal retail interview. They also asked about my school schedule, so we could work out a work schedule.

Interview
Easy, basic questions. Anyone could pass it. Be honest and friendly And it's yours. Bring a current resume and a smile! Google good questions to ask the interviewer when it's all done.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Books-A-Million (Oak Ridge, TN) in Aug 2021
Interview
It was a very easy interview. It read like a conversation about topics I enjoy. No difficult questions, and the tone was very casual. I felt at ease, and the whole thing didn't last more than 10 minutes.
