Interview
The interview process at BoomPop for the Director of People role was a breath of fresh air. From the start, I appreciated the open communication, quick responses, and refreshing transparency. The full process took about two weeks.
All of the interviewers took the time to understand my unique abilities and experiences, making me feel like a potential team member rather than just another candidate. The team thoroughly explained the role and the company, giving me a clear picture of what working there would entail.
I was assigned a case study which took about two hours and provided insight into the expectations for this role and the kind of thinking required.
The way BoomPop conducted the interview process truly reflected their company values and commitment to their employees. It was clear to me that they don't just talk about their values; they live them. I was left with a strong impression of a company that values its employees and their contributions.
