Interview
Super easy process. Had a phone screen and met with the team once. Was offered the job about a week later. The team leader didn't really have an understanding of the role itself since she had never actually been an SDR before. Somewhat offputting. Team member who I would work with asked solid questions but for the most part was pretty general in the interview questions.
