after two on- line tests, I had a final final interview with a really nice assitant who gave ma basic information about the rest recruitment process steps to be followed.

Standard 30 min recruiter screen. They were finalizing the rest of the process. Covered the typical questions like "why are you looking for a new role" and salary expectations. Similar to other reviews, I gave a negative rating because I never heard back from the recruiter after the initial phone screen, even though it's been several days since I followed up. Seems to be a consistent pattern that they don't communicate with you if they don't plan to advance your application. Update - they followed up with a followup interview ten days after I had asked for an update on my application. I deferred moving forward given the poor interview experience.
