Boot Barn Sales Associate interview questions

Very quick interview scheduling. I went in to ask if they were hiring rather than just applying online to make a positive impression and put a face to the name and was called back within a few days.

Depending on your store manager, some will have you come in and ask the basic questions, tell me about yourself, why do you want to work here and etc. After that they might give you about a week to hear back or hire you on the spot. Depends how full the staff is.
