Despite receiving an interview time and meeting link, the interviewer did not show up to the interview or respond to immediate emails. The company also did not respond to follow up emails about rescheduling the interview.

Interview
The interview process was disorganized and communication was inconsistent. Between stages, a director and several team members resigned, which added to the sense of instability. I also got conflicting answers about the AI strategy, so the company’s vision felt unclear. At one point, the CEO even said he was “the only d#*k at the company,” which didn’t exactly inspire confidence in the culture or leadership.

Thorough people. Challenging task, asked a lot about prioritisation. Recruiter was pretty communicative though didn't offer any feedback when asked.
Decent enough experience all around but they do butter you up
