Interview
Interview was rather casual, consisting of job responsibilities, overview of resume. Subsequently describing and conversing on the groups and activities on my resume. Talked about education, interests, ranging from academic related, to personal. Once the interviewer acknowledged that he was a grad of the my university, combined with the fact that he was only around five or so years older than me, turned the interview around from a scripted reading off of a list of question, to a pretty casual conversation focusing on similar interests and hobbies.

Interview
Initially, I talked to a recruiter at my college's career fair. A few months later they're human resource department reached out to me asking if I was interested in interviewing. The interview was three parts: first a human resource screen, then an informational portion, then a 2 person panel asking about my experience and resume
