Interview
Came in for an interview with normal questions and a follow up working interview. The staff was friendly and the day was busy. I've enjoyed it all so far. There are different teams working on specific tasks.

Interview
I applied online and within a few days was emailed about an in-person interview. The in-person interview went very well, and the person interviewing me said I’d receive a follow up email for a “working interview.” I was never emailed again about this “working interview” so I reached out and emailed them, to which they responded saying they wanted to bring me in a week later for the “working interview.” When I went in, no one introduced themselves to me, the owner didn’t acknowledge me, and they threw me into their kitchen expecting me to know where everything was and how to do anything at a given notice, with no explanation whatsoever. The “leads” were very demanding and rude, and while I was there working 6.5 hours straight with no breaks, two workers ended up crying, and the owner and leads were yelling and screaming at their workers, while the customers were being served. At the end of my “working interview” (which was unpaid labor) they told me they would email me about the final interview in the next few days. I was never emailed back.
