I gave my application via email and they contacted me very quickly. First I had a phone interview, they were really nice. They sent me an invitation for the AC the very next day. So I had few days to prepare fot it. It started at 9 and we finished aroung 2 p.m. First we had a personal test, than an essay "why did I apply and why hire me" in English. After that we had a group exesize in English, it was very easy one. The same story that we have a business which went well but now it is not that good than it was so how would you make it better to get more profit. After this we had a lunch break and they sent some people home, they day was over for them, not succeeded. We got nice lunch than we had to for an exersize, which we had to do it alone. I was not good, I managed my time not very well, so when I was prezentated I had to improvise. They made question than, normal, expected questions. It was an okay day, this company did not gave the impression of a multinational company. All the candides were dressed up very nicely( business dress code), but the staff not ( very casual), which gave me impression of unrespect. Bit also were unorganized, compare to other AC-s.
