Phone screen, shadow then in person interview with staff nurses and educators. It was stretched out over several weeks but overall very typical process for a hospital. Recruiter provided updates via email.

Had an interview with the nurse manager, and then the staff nurses, and then an in person shadow. They asked typical questions, and then I got to basically interview them as well.
