My interview was only about 15 minutes. The process was not super difficult, but the environment was very formal. The interview was one on one and was fairly relaxed. I would recommend that interviewees thoroughly research the position before applying.
Phone call and follow up interview with 3-4 members of the nursing staff. It was a behavioral style interview and last about 40 minutes. Turn around time was slower than I would have liked so didn’t end up with BCH

Casual, non-intimidating. The interview was mostly just a conversation about the hospital and why it is a great place to work. Also discussed personal reasons why I would be good in this position.
