Had around a 20 minute call with their HR recruiter person about my background. They told me this position and another one were possible for my consideration. She told me the next steps and the hiring manager was out but would get back to me in a couple weeks. Got a rejection email a couple weeks later instead.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Boston Dynamics (Boston, MA) in June 2025

3 stages. Going up the ladder. Engineer -> Manager -> HR. Fairly reasonable questions. Good luck out there. Past Work experience and what not. Goes from education to work and what not.
