I applied through other source. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boston Kitchen Designs (Middleton, MA) in July 2015
Interview
I met with Carolyn, the HR person, who was very nice, to do the initial interview and then moved on to the Sales Director. I don't remember her name. I had been away from kitchen design and sales for a number of years and was a bit rusty with the process involved since it is a bit different than selling the other products I had been selling. She grilled me like a drill seargent and jumped on me when I didn't have answers immediately. I know it would take me just a few days to get back into the swing of things once I start using the skills daily, but wasn't given a chance.

Interview
At first I wasn't interested in working there. I had heard that is wasn't really a great place to work. They called me repeatedly until I scheduled an interview. They are most interested in sales skills. The interviewer/owner is a great salesman himself. I ended up working there for a number of years.
