Process was easy, took about 3 weeks. Applied online and was invited to a virtual interview. Interview was with direct supervisor and another assistant in the Agency. Interview was about 45 minutes, and was told they would get back to me over the next two weeks with next steps. About a week and a half later I got a call from HR, letting me know I had the job.
