Invited for typical 2-day visit with job talk. Met with individual and small groups within department and college including several administrators. People were a bit snobbish bragging about what a wonderful school it is and how high the standards are to the point of being a bit hostile. Focus was clearly on how much money I could bring in research dollars.

The interview was pretty easy. They asked me pretty basic questions on the types of roles i had in the past. Also looked at my qualifications. It took around 30 minutes

Interview
All day interview consisting of one on one meeting with faculty within the department, lunch and dinner with members of the search committee, and a teaching presentation. Followed up with an offer after a few weeks.
