My experience with the recruitment process was extremely disappointing. The company has outsourced its hiring to a third-party recruitment agency, and unfortunately, the process handled by them is highly unprofessional.
I cleared all the initial interview rounds and completed the given assignments with full dedication. However, at the final stage, I was asked to negotiate my notice period. When I explained my genuine constraints, I was told, “We’ll get back to you” — and that was the last I heard from them. After that, there was complete silence. They stopped responding to calls and messages altogether.
It’s disheartening to see such behavior after putting in so much time and effort. If notice period flexibility was a dealbreaker, it should have been clarified from the start. Ghosting candidates at the final stage shows a lack of basic courtesy and professionalism.
I sincerely hope the company re-evaluates its partnership with such recruitment firms and takes steps to ensure a more respectful and transparent hiring process.
