The interview was conducted in person at the foundation’s office. The overall interview process was unremarkable and quite informal. The organization is small and hiring new employees seemed to be an infrequent task for the interviewers. Questions were basic.

I interviewed with the managing director and the project manager. Both asked very relevant questions to the job. There was another employee that they wanted to intertwine my schedule with so they asked questions about schedule and skill set.
