I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boulo (Birmingham, AL) in Feb 2024
Interview
Applied online for a BDR role and the process was smooth and fast. The Owner, Recruiter, Sales Manager, and Reps were all nice, professional, and impressive. Other than that, not much else good to say. Job description was inaccurate, the processes are ancient, and the micro-management is overwhelming. Why are seasoned sales reps still role-playing? Very archaic methodology and workflows, too. So. Many. Meetings. Nice people but their employee churn is insane. Asked for feedback but refused to listen. Not a good culture fit?? That's a compliment... :)
The interview process is low-stress and inclusive. I had three rounds of interviews and the company treated me with respect and asked good questions to learn more about my skillsets and how I could best join the company and make an impact.
