Bovill interview questions

I interviewed with a managing consultant and the recruitment manager, the recruitment manager called and we discussed the role and the company in depth, before arranging an interview with the managing consultant where we spoke about the role in more detail and obviously went through my past experience the process took about 3 days, I was then given feedback within 48 hours of my interview, I requested further feedback following an unfortunately unsuccessful interview and was given compressive feedback and advice going forward by the recruitment manager.

A phone screen with the recruitment manager, then met with him in person and 2 senior members of the team over 2 occasions. Everyone was courteous, the questions were relevant and good. Each interviewer was friendly and easy to talk to. During the phone screen, the recruitment manager asks about your background, interests, skills, what you're looking for, talks about the company etc., He was really great to talk with, told me lots about the company and what is expected of an associate, how associates can grow and took the time to talk to me either side of the interviews. The other 2 interviews were more focused technically and about the day to day work carried out.
