It was straightforward. The interviewers were forthcoming about the work process/flow, progression and projects. Generally a pleasure to speak with. Nothing too drawn out or complicated either, overall a smooth-sailing interview process. I chose not to proceed due to a competing offer but the firm made a good impression on me.
I had an interview with the hiring managers. After the interview, I had a timed written assignment and then final interview with HR for culture fit. Response was very quick and efficient.

Interview
I was invited to an introductory/vetting interview with the branch office director a week after submitting my CV and CL. It was 30 minutes long and touched almost all of my experiences.
The whole interview process will include a writing test and a second-round interview with senior team members, according to the director. They promised to follow up but, unsurprisingly, never came as they expressed in the interview that they were looking for candidates with more experience on the ground.
