I found the interview process to be frustrating and confusing. It was 2:1 which was not mentioned beforehand and during the interview, questions were asked to solve major programming issues. I felt those questions would be better saved for a later 1:1 interview. Follow up feedback was requested and ignored.

Wonderful staff at the Bowers! I was replied to very soon after applying, and interviewed onsite. The supervisor who interviewed me was very warm and friendly. She made me feel comfortable, and so I was able to express myself and answer with well-thought responses. After I began working there I saw how supportive all the administrators were.
