What was initially described as a 3-round process ended up being 5 rounds, including additional interviews with a team member and engineers. While the interviewers were generally pleasant, communication throughout the process was slow and expectations changed along the way. In the end, I had to follow up with HR myself to receive the final outcome and feedback. Overall, it was a high time investment with limited transparency, so I’d recommend clarifying the full interview scope upfront before committing.
