It took around 3 weeks, first round was conducted by HR, second round with Manager and third round conducted by team members and other stakeholders, in the last round of the process, I was faced analytical and technical question, but everyone was super kind and supportive

Tell me about the most challenging project that you ever worked on and how you resolved it and how it affected to your company's goals
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Box in June 2021
Interview
There were three 'rounds 'of interviews for this position, each containing a subset of 1:1 or small panel interviews. The second and third rounds were conducted via back-to-back interviews on a single Zoom link. The first interview round was Recruiter + Hiring Manager, the second round was with peers/folks from adjacent teams and the third round was with leadership. The interviews felt like a mutual vetting process and the overall atmosphere was laid back/friendly.
I received an internal referral to start the application process. The total time from application to hire was ~4 weeks and the interviews took place over a ~2 week period. Communication around interview scheduling and results was professional and prompt.

Question 1
Talk about a time you positively impacted a struggling project. What did you contribute?
Very bad interview process, the team was all female (except the Sr.Director). Some of the questions asked were personal and almost mocked at my experience. Some questions were on the lines of why would you want this kind of a job (asked in an arrogant tone)
