I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Box (Los Altos, CA) in July 2012
Interview
One of their main engineers took a phone interview. He liked my profile and called me for an onsite. Out of four, two were non technical and didnt knew why they were being sent to take my interview. The other two technical guys were not that great. There were asking me simple questions and I answered all of them. Still I got a reject.

Interview
Worst experience- Had a call with the recruiter, went over my resume and my experience and she asked some basic OSI model questions. She said she is going to talk to the manager and setup an interview and the very next day I get an automated email saying my resume is not the right fit. I emailed the recruiter back asking for feedback and i get no response. I feel it's the minimum responsibility of the recruiter to follow up with the candidate on what happened. If my resume was not the right fit, why would someone contact me in the first place and waste my time ? I would never apply again in my life here, worst experience.
