Interview
Had a phone screen with the lead recruiter who was awesome. Stayed pretty conversational and asked a lot of general sales questions. Shortly after had a phone interview with the VP of the dept. We talked for about an hour about my history, selling techniques, etc. He asked me if I would come in for an interview at the end of our conversation. At the in person interview, I met with the VP first which was pretty short, followed by 2 other managers. I was we'll prepared and wasn't stumped by any questions. I sent a follow up email about an hour after I left and was told they would be putting together an offer. Overall a very streamlined and efficient process, just be prepared.
Very inconsistent communication. Long gaps with no updates, followed by urgent requests to interview. The process felt unstructured and poorly coordinated. Felt unprofessional and disorganised. Not sure why, maybe I was just a backup.
Great interview process, quite lengthy but really well thought out. There was a call with recruiters, then hiring managers conversations, cultural fit call, panel meeting and then an in person meeting.

Interview
Applied online. Did initial recruiter interview, seemed very positive during the call and said she was going to follow up after the call to move me to the next round. Never received any follow up and was ghosted after emailing twice. Awful.
