This was the most meaningless interview process in my life. The entire process took more than 2 months (from the first recruiter call). The recruiter was helpful with the process ( no complaints on that front). However, the next stages and their number (it is true, more than 6 overall) is off-putting and unreal for Polish market. It seems very cultish from interaction with engineers and definitely has toxic positivity vibes. The actual team in question was quite small and not too technical (which is strange , since from interview process it looked they are looking for Business Analyst not Data Engineer) . However no Business Analyst will know the technical knowledge they expect. Overall, I would say the interview process was meaningless and seemed like in the wrong title / process. I gave feedback on one of the technical stages as well ( which was something not even done in Meta interview.
