Only gave round one with Director of Human capital development which was purely behavioral, on why bracebridge and a little bit to understand my resume and background but nothing technical at all
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Bracebridge Capital (Boston, MA) in June 2024
Interview
9 total interviews, 6 in one day where I took a PTO day from my job. Interviews were good though. No follow up until I reached out to the recruiter and was told they went with someone else a few weeks ago.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bracebridge Capital (Boston, MA) in Nov 2024
Interview
HR, 24hr take home project, tech interview, onsite.
A bit unprofessional since HR is giving conflict informations. And when I try to clarify, they never get back to me. take home project was easy(data cleaning, preprocessing, building ML model) but it was not discussed during the tech interview(and it was never discussed...). Tech interview includes one math problem(probability) and one coding problem(similar to leetcode, algorithm). They don't want to keep information transparent so they want to "surprise" candidate during the interview.

Question 1
HR: briefly introduce yourself, do you need visa sponsorship, why Bracebridge
Tech interview: probability problem, coding problem
