I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Bragg Live Foods (Santa Barbara, CA) in Oct 2023
Interview
Multiple interviews. Unnecessary questions. I interviewed with 4 different people. Repeating the same questions. But overall I don’t think it was difficult. As long as you go prepared. I think they just want you to get approved by as many people as possible.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Bragg Live Foods in June 2020
Interview
-Met with the hiring manager. Reviewed resume and answered some questions
-Data assessment - was given a large data pull and was asked to provide observations, insights, and recommendations
-Interviewed with 4 team peers
-Interviewed with 2 senior leaders
I enjoyed my conversations with everyone and was looking forward to an offer but it didn't work out. I'll try again when new openings come up, it seems like a great organization.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me a time when incorrect data was shared and what did you do?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Bragg Live Foods (Santa Barbara, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Applied on Craigslist and received a reply the next morning. I went in 3 days later for an interview. The Patricia Bragg interview me along with two other people. The questions were your typical interview questions like "what are your qualifications, are you attending school, and what would you like to do." Then some questions about personal lifestyle. Overall, very lax and comforting interview. Hired on the spot.
