I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Brailsford & Dunlavey
Interview
I had one phone interview. Then, I met the team. It was a big panel of six or seven people. The interview lasted about 45-60 minutes. There was a writing test with a prompt: Why am I an ideal candidate? I still waiting to hear back from the company about the position. It went well but I do not think I discussed my qualifications as much as I should have...lol I was nervous. I am happy that I did get an interview, which means I am making progress in my job search.

Interview
They give a packet of info to read and then instruct you to write an essay on why you belong at the company after the phone screen and PRIOR to the interview. Maybe give the writing test to final candidates - job applicants are busy. I went into the interview discussing how my roles were relevant to the job duties listed in the job description and one of the interviewers rudely explained that that is not what the job entailed. I then was told I didn't get the position because they were looking for something different. At least they changed the job description somewhat when I checked back, but still...
On the plus side, the rest of the interviewers were super nice.
